Ramesh Fabricators

Our workshop is at Plot No. 2417 in the Modern Industrial Estate. We are right by the Tigri Border, so the traffic is always a bit crazy with big trucks trying to cross. It is a loud place with the constant sound of welding machines and grinding going on all day long. We do a lot of iron work, making gates, window grills, and door frames for people. The floor is covered in iron scraps and the smell of burnt metal is always in the air. Ramesh started this place years ago with just one old welding machine and a lot of patience. Now we have a few more guys helping out with the heavy lifting. We do not have a fancy showroom for people to walk through. If you want to see our work, you just look at whatever we are currently building on the shop floor. It is heavy work and our clothes usually have small holes from the sparks flying off the metal. We drink a lot of water because it gets so hot near the welding torches in the afternoon. Sometimes we have to go out to a customer's house to install the gates we made, which is a nice break from being inside the shop. We just try to make things strong so they last for a long time. There isn't much more to it than that. We finish one job and start the next piece.
