You can find Raman Road Carriers over in Faridabad N I T. We are located at Shop No 3 in the Jhalani Compound, right near the Bata Railway Crossing. Being near the crossing means we spend a lot of time watching trains go by and listening to the signals. It’s a bit noisy, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our office is a small shop, nothing special, just a place to keep the files and meet with the drivers before they head out for their trips. I’ve been running this place for a long time, and I’ve seen the area change quite a lot. The compound is always full of activity, which suits us just fine. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just move goods from point A to point B and try not to lose anything along the way. Some days are definitely better than others. When a truck gets stuck in traffic or there’s a long delay at the railway crossing, it throws everything off, but we just adjust the plans and keep going. We are regular people doing a regular job. Most of our work comes from word of mouth around the Faridabad area. We don't go in for big ads or anything polished. It’s just us, some trucks, and a lot of phone calls to make sure everything stays on track. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy every day. That is about it.
