Our office is located on the main M G Road, right on the stretch that connects Mehrauli and Gurgaon. We are directly opposite DLF Phase II, which is a very well-known area for everyone in the city. The road outside is always busy with people heading to work or going towards the malls for shopping. We have been in this building for quite a while, and we have a good view of the traffic from our windows. Inside, it is just a normal office with desks and computers and a lot of papers scattered around on every surface. We spend our days dealing with the properties that are spread out across this part of the city. Because we are right on the main road, we get a lot of people stopping by who are just passing through and looking for an office they can talk to about a house. We do not do much in terms of fancy marketing. We just keep our listings ready and talk to whoever walks through the door. The metro is not too far away, so it is easy for people to reach us, though the noise of the construction is often in the background. We have a small team here and we mostly just focus on getting things done for the people who ask for our help. It is a fast-paced area, but we try to keep things simple and honest in our daily work. We close up once the rush hour starts to fade away.
