This is Raj Ratan Infosolutions, and we work out of House Number 1338 in Sector-17 of Faridabad. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels more like a home than a sterile office building. We have computers set up in a few of the rooms and that’s where all the work happens. Sector-17 is a decent area in Haryana, and it’s pretty easy for us to get to. We aren’t a giant corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s just a handful of us who know a lot about tech and solutions. We spend our days troubleshooting and getting things fixed for people. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of hardware lying around, but we manage. The house has been our base for a while. We don’t really do big marketing stuff. Most people who need us just know the address or get our number from a friend. The atmosphere is very casual. We often have chai while we work through problems on the screens. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We don't have a sign outside that's glowing or anything, just the house number on the gate. It’s a quiet street for the most part, which helps us focus when things get complicated with the software or the hardware we are handling.
