Raheja Estates

Raheja Estates is located right in the middle of the action at Qutab Plaza. We are at M 1 in DLF City Phase I. If you’ve ever been to the plaza, you know how hectic it can get with all the shops and people running errands. Our office is right in that mix. We’ve been here for a good amount of time, and we’ve seen DLF Phase I change quite a bit over the years. It’s a prime spot, but our office is pretty humble. We mostly deal with residential properties and some commercial stuff around the plaza. A lot of our day is spent talking to people who are moving into the area for work or families looking for a bit more space. We don’t have a fancy website or a big sales team. It’s usually just a couple of us handling the keys and the paperwork. We like the energy of Qutab Plaza, even when it’s hard to find parking on the weekends. People know where to find us if they need anything related to property in this sector. We don’t try to act like a big corporation. We are just a local business trying to help people get settled in the neighborhood. Most of our clients come from word of mouth, which we prefer anyway. It feels more personal that way, and we can just be ourselves while we work. It’s a busy life, but it suits us well.
