Property Joint is located inside Mega City Mall on Mehrauli Gurgaon Road. You can find us at Shop No 6/A, which is up on the first floor. Being in a mall means there is always something going on around us. MG Road is always packed with cars and people, so it is a lively spot to have an office. We decided to set up here because it is central for everyone coming through Gurgaon. It is not a massive space, but it fits what we need to do. Most days involve us sitting at our desks or meeting folks who are already in the mall for shopping or a movie. We talk about properties and what is available in the area. It gets a bit noisy sometimes when the mall is busy on weekends, but we do not mind much. It is just how it is. We have been in Shop 6/A for some time now. People usually find us after a bit of walking around the first floor. It is a plain shop, nothing too flashy. We just focus on the property side of things. If you are driving down Mehrauli Gurgaon Road, you cannot really miss the mall. It is a big landmark. We like being part of the local scene here. It is convenient for us and for the people who need to talk about real estate. We do not use fancy brochures or anything, just honest talk about what we know. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just looking out at the mall corridor. Sometimes we grab a coffee from a nearby stall and just wait for the next person to come by with a question about local rentals or sales.
