About Preetech Engineers – Engineering in Faridabad
We’ve been here at Gali Number 9 in Bhikam Colony for a good while now. Number 91 is where we do most of our work every single day. If you walk down the street, you’ll hear us before you see us. There’s always some machine running or someone shouting over the noise just to get a point across. It isn’t the cleanest place in the world, but it’s where the actual work happens. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and looking at some messy diagrams before the real heavy lifting starts. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings and some oil spots that never really go away no matter how much we try to scrub them. Bhikam Colony can get pretty crowded, especially when big trucks are trying to squeeze through these narrow lanes to drop off raw materials. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the afternoon and we just sit outside on the plastic stools for a bit, waiting for the power to come back. It’s a lot of manual labor and trying to figure out why a part doesn't fit right or why a machine is making a weird sound. We don't have a fancy front office or any air conditioning. Just a metal desk with way too many papers and some old calendars on the wall from three years ago. The guys here have been working together for years, so we mostly know what the other person is thinking. It’s just a regular engineering shop. We close up when the sun goes down and head home.
