Our place is over at 459 in Jawahar Colony. It's part of the N.I.T. area, which is always busy with trucks and workers. Precision Adrasives Pvt. Ltd. has been around for some time now. We aren't a massive factory, but we keep our production lines running pretty steady. The air always smells a bit like grinding dust and industrial materials, but you stop noticing it after the first hour. We’ve got a small office at the front, but most of the action happens in the back. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We'd rather put that into the equipment. The team here is small, just a handful of people who know exactly what they’re doing. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a big batch, and other times we can head home early if things are quiet. It’s a bit of a rough neighborhood, but everyone knows everyone. We get along with the other businesses on the street. We don’t have a big sales pitch. We just make the abrasives and send them out to whoever needs them. It’s simple, repetitive work sometimes, but it’s what we know. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we're too busy to worry about that right now. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and keeping the machines maintained. It's what keeps us going.
