This place is more of a practical workshop than a shiny office. We’ve got machines running and tools everywhere, and there’s usually a bit of grease on the floor. We talk about sports and family during our tea breaks in the back. It’s a hard-working atmosphere without any of the corporate fluff. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just use our hands and our brains to get things built. It’s a busy life here in Haryana and we’re just glad to be a part of it. We take the work as it comes and do our best every single day to keep the machines moving.
