We are based at 463, R.C. in the NIT area of Faridabad. Being in Faridabad gives us a different perspective compared to the bigger hubs nearby. We deal with infrastructure and property work, mostly centered around the local needs here. It’s a family-style environment in the office, even if we are a private limited company on paper. We don't have a lot of corporate rules; we just try to get the work done as it comes in. Our day usually starts early, checking on projects and making sure our crews are set for the day. NIT is a busy part of town, and we’ve been here long enough to know most of the streets and how things work with the local authorities. We handle a mix of infrastructure tasks, which means we spend a lot of time looking at site plans and managing budgets. It’s not always easy, especially when prices for materials go up or we run into unexpected issues on a site. We don't have a big sales pitch. People usually find us because they’ve seen our name on a board or know someone we’ve worked with before. The office is a bit lived-in, with files everywhere and the smell of tea always around. We just focus on the task at hand, making sure the villas or park projects we are involved with get finished without too many problems. It’s honest work, and we like being part of the Faridabad community. It keeps us grounded while we do the work we know.
