Pioneer Estates

We've been around Sushant Lok for a good bit now. Our spot is at A-1/235. It’s a busy area but we like it here. People stop by mostly to talk about houses or shops. We aren't a huge team, just a few of us who know the neighborhood well. Sometimes the phones are ringing off the hook, and other days it's just neighbors coming in for a chat about the market. We don't do fancy ads or anything. Most people find us because they live nearby or a friend told them to come see us. The office is pretty simple, nothing too flashy. We just try to keep things moving. Dealing with land and buildings here is always interesting because Sushant Lok keeps changing. We see new faces all the time. It’s a lot of paperwork usually, which isn't the fun part, but it has to get done. We know which blocks are quiet and where the traffic gets bad. That's just what happens when you spend all your time in one place. We don't promise anything crazy, we just show what’s available. If you're walking by A-1/235, you'll see our sign out front. We've seen the trees grow taller and the roads get paved over the years. It’s home for us. We just keep doing what we do every day, helping folks figure out their next move. It isn't always easy, but it's what we know.
