Pine & Oaks Land Developers

Pine & Oaks Land Developers is run out of an office on the first floor of Plot 84. We are in Sector 35, which is quite close to the main Ashoka Enclave area. Working with land is a slow business sometimes. You spend a lot of time waiting for things to happen or checking on plots of ground that are mostly just weeds and dirt. We are not a big corporate developer with hundreds of projects. We focus on what is happening right here in our local sectors. The office usually has maps spread out all over the tables. It gets a bit cluttered. We spend plenty of time driving out to sites to make sure the boundaries are where they should be. It is honest work, but it is not always glamorous. The weather can make it tough when we are out in the field. We have been in Sector 35 for a while now and we like the neighborhood. Most of the people who come to see us are just neighbors or folks looking to get a bit of land for themselves. We do not use a lot of fancy words or complicated terms. We just explain how the land works and what the current situation is. If you need to find us, just look for the building near Ashoka Enclave. We are usually upstairs working on something. It is a quiet place to get the real work done without too much noise.
