Pindi Soya

We are located over at Shop 201 in the Sector 9 market in Faridabad. If you know the area, we are just a short walk from the Mother Dairy booth. This market gets really crowded in the evenings, especially on weekends when everyone is out doing their shopping. We started Pindi Soya because we liked the idea of a small shop where people could grab something quick. It’s not a very big space, but we make it work. Most days, it is just a lot of chopping and prepping in the back to get ready for the dinner rush. We get all sorts of people stopping by—moms getting groceries, kids after school, and workers heading home. The menu is mostly stuff we know how to make well. We don’t try to do too many different things. Sometimes we run out of certain items early if it’s a busy Tuesday, but that’s just how it goes with a small place. The guys working here are local, so they know most of the regulars by name. It’s a bit noisy with the Market Road traffic right there, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We just try to keep the food consistent and the service straightforward. There are no fancy uniforms or anything like that here. Just come by if you are in Sector 9 and hungry. We're usually around until the market starts to quiet down for the night.
