We are tucked away in Sector 17 of Faridabad, right at house number 273. Most days start pretty early around here with the shutters going up and the sound of traffic starting to build up on the main road nearby. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that, just a regular spot where we get things done. People from the neighborhood know us well because we’ve been here for a bit now. Sometimes the summer heat in Haryana makes the afternoon slow, but there is always someone coming in or a phone ringing to keep us busy. The staff here mostly comes from nearby areas, so we all know each other’s families and what’s happening in the local market. We spend a lot of time just organizing the stock and making sure the front area looks decent enough for whoever walks in. It’s a lot of manual work, moving boxes and checking lists, nothing too complicated but it takes time. When the power goes off, which happens sometimes, we just sit outside for a bit until the generator kicks in. We don't really have a big corporate team, just a few of us trying to keep the place running smoothly. You might find some old files stacked in the corner or a slightly creaky chair, but that is just how it is. We like being in this part of Faridabad because everything is accessible and the people are generally quite friendly.
