Pharmacos India

Our unit is at I-19 in the DLF Industrial Area, Phase-I. It’s a very busy part of the city with big trucks moving in and out at all hours. Being in an industrial zone means it's always noisy, but you get used to the constant sound of the machinery after a week. We’ve been here at Pharmacos India for quite a while now. The building is getting a bit old, but it serves our purpose for the work we do. We handle a lot of chemical and pharma related tasks. It’s mostly about following the specific steps and making sure every ingredient is measured out right. I usually wear a lab coat, though I have to admit it’s seen better days. The ventilation in the back could be a bit better, but we keep the big shutters open when it's not raining outside. We have a small group of workers who know these machines inside and out. If something breaks down, we usually just fix it ourselves to save some time. The traffic in Phase-I is absolutely terrible around 6 PM, so I often stay late at my desk just to avoid the traffic jam on the way home. It’s a practical way to get some extra paperwork done without interruptions. We don't have any fancy reception area for guests. If someone comes to see us, they usually just walk straight into the work area and find us. We are just a regular small business trying to keep things moving.
