Pawan Estate

If you head over toward the Ait Cercal area in Sector 55, you’ll find us at A 1/60. Pawan Estate is just a local spot where we help people with their housing needs. It’s a quiet enough corner compared to the main markets, which is nice for having a proper chat. We’ve got a small office setup that isn't much to look at, but it serves its purpose. We spend our days mostly talking to folks about who is moving in or out of the neighborhood. Being near the circle makes it easy for people to give directions to our place. We don't use any of those big words or corporate talk. We just tell it like it is. If a place has issues, we mention them. If it's a good deal, we say that too. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in town, just a reliable one that’s easy to find. Sometimes the tea runs out and we have to send someone to the shop nearby, but otherwise, it’s a pretty standard routine. We’ve seen Sector 55 grow quite a bit over the years. New families moving in, old ones moving out. We’re just here in the middle of it all, keeping our records straight and trying to be helpful when someone walks through the door. It’s not fancy work, but it’s our work and it keeps the lights on. We know the streets around here better than most.
