We are located in the Sector 21 B Sec 21 B Market at shop 1026. It’s a decent-sized market, and we’ve been here long enough that the other shopkeepers feel like family. Pawan Dairy And Sweets is basically a place where we handle a lot of milk, dahi, and basic sweets every single day. The morning starts with the milk trucks arriving, and it’s a bit of a scramble to get everything organized before the residents start waking up. People in Sector 21 B like their fresh dairy for breakfast, so we have to be ready. It’s not a glamorous job, cleaning out the containers and making sure the paneer is set right. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just me and a couple of helpers. The shop has those typical white tiles and a big glass counter that we have to clean every hour because of the finger marks. We keep things practical. If you want some fresh curd or a few pieces of barfi, you just come in and ask. There’s no need for anything complicated. Sometimes we sit outside on plastic chairs when it’s slow, watching the cars go by in the parking lot. It’s a steady life. We don’t make any big promises, we just show up every day and make sure there’s enough milk for everyone’s tea in the morning and sweets for the evening. If the fridge is full and the floor is clean, then it’s a good day for us.
