We are over at Plot Number 10 in the Ram Swaroop Colony, which is in the Mujessar area. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the Shiv Ganesh Dharam Kanta. It is a landmark that most people use to find their way around here since the streets can be a bit confusing. Our shop handles tools and various industrial components. It is a gritty part of town, full of small workshops and factories, and we fit right in with the rest of them. The space we have is not huge, so we have to use every inch of the walls and floor to store our stock. You will often see us moving heavy boxes around just to get to a specific tool at the back of the shelf. It is a bit like a puzzle some days. We are just a small group of people working hard to keep things moving. There are no suits or big corporate meetings here. We usually just have a quick chat in the morning about what needs to be done and then we get to it. The noise from the nearby industries is constant, but after a few years, you stop noticing it. We have some regular customers who have been coming to us since we first opened our doors. They know we are not a big corporation and that we just do things in a simple, straightforward way. We do not have a website or a social media page. We just rely on doing a decent job and being honest with people.
