Our office is right here at H.No-319 in Sector-3, Huda, which is part of Faridabad. It is easy to find if you know the area. We have been operating as Palcement Agency for some time, mostly helping people figure out where they might fit in a new job. It is not a corporate building; it is a house, so it feels more relaxed than those big offices in the city. Usually, the morning is spent looking through piles of resumes and making a few phone calls to see who is hiring. People drop by sometimes with their papers, and we sit down and talk about what they can do. It’s a lot of paperwork and waiting for replies from companies. The street outside is usually busy with people going about their business. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of pens, but we manage. It’s mostly just us trying to keep track of which person goes to which interview. Working out of a Huda sector means we are close to the local markets, so lunch is usually something from the nearby stalls. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a small operation where we try to stay organized and help the local folks find some work without too much fuss. I think we’ve been in this specific spot for a few years now.
