We’re based out of the City Market on Sohana Road, right by Vatika. Being in such a central spot means we see a lot of people coming and going every day. Orion Infra Realtors isn’t a giant firm with hundreds of employees; we’re a smaller crew that focuses on what’s happening right here in the local market. The office is usually humming with the sound of the market outside and the occasional phone call from someone asking about a price. We spend our time looking at floor plans, talking to builders, and helping families figure out where they want to settle down. It’s practical work. We don’t have a glossy presentation to show you; we usually just pull out a map and start marking things down. We’ve been around Sohana Road long enough to know which areas are good for quiet living and which ones are better if you want to be near the shops. Property stuff can get really complicated with all the legal requirements, taxes, and government rules, so we try to handle that part so our clients don’t have to worry too much. It’s not a perfect job and sometimes things get delayed, but we stay on it until it’s finished. We’re just here in the City Market, doing our bit to help people find their way in the local real estate scene.
