Omam

Our office, Omam, is located at 2J/120 in the NIT area of Faridabad. NIT is a big place with a lot of different blocks, and 2J is where we have been for quite a long time. The building is a simple structure, typical of this part of Haryana. We deal with various consulting and recruitment tasks from here, so there are always stacks of resumes and folders on our desks. Faridabad is an industrial city, and you can feel that grit and hard work in the air around us. We are not in a fancy glass tower; we are in a regular street where we know the people at the nearby shops. The office has a very lived-in feel, with mismatched chairs and a fan that clicks a little when it’s on the high setting. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting with people who come by the 121001 address. It’s a no-nonsense environment where we just focus on the job at hand. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just help companies find staff and help people find work. NIT can be a bit chaotic with the traffic and the noise, but we have grown to like it over the years. It feels like a real place where people are working hard. We just keep our heads down and get our work done every single day without any major complaints.
