You can find Om Packaging Machine over at Plot No. 1 in Tirkha Colony. We are right in Gali No. 1, not too far from the 777 Restaurant here in Ballabgarh. We work on all sorts of packaging equipment. It is a very practical business. We started out with just a few tools and a small space, but we have grown a bit since those early days. The machines we handle are mostly for local factories that need to wrap or seal their products. It gets pretty loud in the workshop when we are testing things out. We do not use a lot of big words or complicated explanations. If a machine works, it works. If it needs a part, we go find it. Our neighbors know us as the guys who are always tinkering with motors and belts. It is a lot of manual work, getting everything lined up just right. We usually have tea from the stall nearby while we plan out the day’s repairs. Ballabgarh has a lot of industry, so there is always someone needing help with their packing line. We do not spend money on advertising. Most people just hear about us from someone else they know. We try to keep our prices reasonable because we know how hard it is to run a small business. We stay busy, and that is fine by us. The door is usually open if someone wants to drop by.
