Om Masala Company

You can find Om Masala Company on Malerna Road in Ballabgarh, specifically at Plot No 54. The first thing you will notice when you get close is the heavy scent of spices in the air. It’s a very strong smell that sticks to your clothes long after you leave. We’ve been at this plot for many years now. The building isn't anything special, just a functional space for grinding and packing. We have stacks of sacks filled with whole spices waiting to be processed. It gets a bit dusty inside, which is just part of the job. We don't use any high-tech automation; it’s mostly just us and some older machines that we know how to fix ourselves. Malerna Road is always busy with traffic, so there is a lot of noise from outside too. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy logo. We just put the name Om Masala Company on our bags and that’s about it. Most of our customers are locals or small shop owners from around Ballabgarh. We know the people who supply our raw materials and we trust them. It’s a simple business that doesn't need much explaining. We work through the day, making sure the blends are right. Sometimes we sit out front on the steps when the weather is nice. It’s just a regular, hard-working day for us every single time we open up.
