Indian Bay Leaf

Indian Bay Leaf is located on the first floor of SLF Mall in Faridabad. We’re in the Indraprastha Colony area, postcode 121001. Being in a mall means we see a lot of different people, from families out for the weekend to workers grabbing a quick bite. We chose the first floor because it’s easy to get to without having to wander around too much. The restaurant isn't huge, but we’ve managed to fit enough tables for the busy Saturday rush. We named it Indian Bay Leaf because that’s a staple in our cooking, nothing fancy, just a basic ingredient that makes everything better. Our kitchen team has been together for a few years now. We have some days where the mall is empty and we just sit around talking, and other days where we can’t keep up with the orders. That’s just the way it goes. We don’t have a corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us here on the floor making sure the food is cooked right and the tables are wiped down. We use simple plates and regular chairs because we’d rather spend the money on better ingredients. If you’re shopping at SLF or live nearby in the colony, you’ve probably seen our sign. We’re just a local spot trying to keep people fed and happy without any extra fuss. The mall can be a bit hectic, but we try to keep our little corner relaxed for everyone.
