Our workshop is located in Panhera Khurd village, which is part of the Ballabgarh tehsil in the Faridabad district. It is a bit out of the way if you are coming from the main city areas. The roads around here can be quite dusty because of all the trucks and the construction nearby. We do not have a fancy office with air conditioning in every room. It is just a sturdy building where we do our work. Most of us grew up around here or in the neighboring villages of Haryana. We know the land and the people well. It is a hardworking place. We do not spend much time on fancy talk or long emails. We usually just figure things out as we go along. Some days are tougher than others, especially when the weather is very hot or when the power goes out for a few hours. We just sit outside and wait for it to come back. We have a small yard where we keep some of our things. It is not the most organized place, but we know where everything is kept. We have stayed here because it is close to the factories we deal with. It is a simple life and a simple business. We just try to do an honest day's work and keep things moving forward. There is always something that needs fixing.
