Our office is at 40 Bhim Nagar, right in the M C Market area. It is a lively spot to be in, that’s for sure. There is always someone walking past or popping their head in to ask a question. We handle property matters here at Nu Properties. It’s not a high-end setup with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a basic shop where we keep our files and meet with people. The market can be noisy, but it’s convenient because everything we need is just a few steps away from the door. We spend our mornings checking listings and our afternoons usually involve showing people around different spots in the area. It is a lot of walking and talking. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just know the local property scene and try to help people find something that fits what they need. Some days are slow and we just sit around and talk about the neighborhood. Other days, we don't even have time to eat lunch because it’s so busy. That is just how it goes in a place like M C Market. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans hanging on the wall. We just try to be honest with people about what a place is like and what the price should be. It’s a simple way to run a business and it seems to work for us day after day.
