Novotel Hotel

Our place is located at B 535 in Faridabad, right in Haryana. It’s a pretty simple setup for Novotel Hotel, nothing like those giant glassy buildings you see in the middle of a big city. We’re in the 121001 area, which is a busy part of town but we managed to find a spot that works for us. A few of us have been working here since the start. It’s basically just a building where we handle the day-to-day operations. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture or a big marketing team telling us what to say. We just tell people where we are and what we do. The neighborhood has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it over time. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up because of how the streets are laid out, but we usually sort it out. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest. We just want to make sure that when someone comes by B 535, they find us ready to work. It’s India, so it gets hot and the street can be noisy, but the office inside is okay. We spend most of our time staring at screens or talking to people on the phone. It’s a job like any other, and we do it from this corner of Faridabad. We’ve grown fond of the local tea stall nearby and the way the sun hits the building in the afternoon.
