Nirula'S

Our place is located right on the Delhi Mathura Road, specifically at 35, 12/35. If you know this road, you know how loud and busy it gets with all the trucks and cars zooming past at all hours. Nirula'S is just one of the many spots along this stretch, but we’ve been here long enough that we feel like a fixture of the pavement. The air conditioning is usually running full blast because the heat coming off the asphalt outside is no joke. We spend a lot of time wiping down the counters and making sure everything is where it should be. The floor has some scuff marks from all the shoes coming through, but that just shows people actually use the place. It’s not a quiet office environment by any means. You can always hear the muffled sound of traffic through the glass windows. Sometimes the delivery bikes pile up outside and it gets a bit chaotic, but that’s just life on Mathura Road. We have a few regulars who stop by because we’re a convenient stop-off point. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the pace of the street, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be anything other than a reliable spot for people passing through or living nearby. It’s just us here, doing the daily routine and keeping the lights on until late at night. Sometimes the noise is a bit much, but you get used to it.
