New Palam Estates

New Palam Estates is located over at J 2/40 in DLF City Phase-Ii. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, but still right in the heart of the area. We have been set up here for a bit, mostly helping neighbors and people moving into the phase. The office isn't anything big, just a place where we keep our files and meet folks. Most of our work is just talking to people about what is available nearby. DLF Phase-Ii has always been a popular place, so there is always something happening with the houses and plots around here. We spend a lot of our time just walking the blocks or checking out new listings. It is not a complicated business. We just listen to what someone needs and see if we have anything that fits. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that is just part of the job. We grew up around these parts, so we know which lanes are quiet and where the traffic gets bad. If you are looking for J 2/40, it is tucked away but manageable to find. We do not have a big team of sales people, just a few of us who know the local market well. It is nice working in a residential area like this because you get to know the regulars. We try to be helpful without being pushy. That is just how we prefer to work every day.
