Neeraj Rubber Industries

Out here in Faridabad, specifically at Plot No.111 in Karkhana Bagh, things are always moving. Neeraj Rubber Industries is located right off Gali No.5, near Mathura Road. It is a busy part of Haryana with a lot of manufacturing going on. We have got a good-sized space here for all the rubber work we do. The smell of raw material is something you just get used to after the first day. We are not one of those high-tech offices you see in the city. This is a factory floor through and through. We spend our days making sure the molds are right and the batches are coming out okay. The heat can be a bit much in the summer, but we keep the fans going. Most of our neighbors in Karkhana Bagh are doing similar things, so there is always a sense of being in it together. We do not have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just handle the orders as they come in. Mathura Road is usually packed, so getting deliveries in and out takes a bit of planning. We have been at this same spot for a long time. People around here know us by name. It is a grit-and-grind kind of life, but we like the work. It is honest and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We just do our thing.
