We are located over at Plot No 9 in Area No 21/3, right on Mathura Road in Ballabgarh. It's a busy stretch of road, so you've probably seen our sign if you've driven past lately. We started Neelam Tours & Travels because we liked the idea of helping people get from one place to another. It’s not a big operation, just a few of us here making sure the buses and cars are ready to go. Running a travel business in Ballabgarh means there’s never a dull moment. Sometimes we’re dealing with late arrivals or mechanical issues, but we do what we can to fix it fast. We don't use any fancy booking systems that break all the time; we prefer just talking to people and writing things down. It feels more real that way. The office is small and usually smells like tea and old maps. We know the routes around Mathura Road like the back of our hands. People come to us when they need to visit family or go on a trip somewhere new. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one for the neighbors. It’s honest work, and we enjoy hearing stories from people when they get back from their travels. If you're around Plot No 9, stop in and say hello.
