Narendra Gravure Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No. 4 in Sector-4, Ballabgarh. It is a pretty basic industrial setup. Ballabgarh is a place where people just get on with their work, and we are no different. Our plot is not hard to find once you get into the sector. We do gravure work, which involves a lot of cylinders and ink and big machines that take up most of the floor space. It’s a bit messy, to be honest. You can’t really work with ink and stay perfectly clean. The building is just a standard concrete structure. We’ve been here for a while. The routine is the same most days—start the machines, check the quality, and try to keep the deadlines. It gets hot in Ballabgarh during the summer months, so the factory floor can be a bit tough to stay in all day, but we manage. We don’t have any marketing people or anything like that. It’s just the owners and the staff who know the machines inside out. We don't spend money on fancy decorations for the office. Most of our money goes into keeping the equipment running. If you come by Plot No. 4, you’ll probably hear the hum of the presses before you see us. It’s a loud, busy place, but it’s our place. We are just a local company doing what we know how to do.
