Mudrakshi Hytech India Pvt. Ltd is based out of Chakraborty Farm, Raja Ki Dhani, in the Vpo-Anangpur area of Faridabad. It’s a bit of a different setting than a typical industrial park since it’s more of a farm area. We have our setup here where we handle the technical side of the business. Haryana can get very hot in the summer, and being out in Anangpur means we deal with the weather a bit more directly than folks in the city. The office isn't anything special, just a functional space with computers and some testing equipment. We focus a lot on the technical bits of what we do, which means a lot of sitting around and looking at screens or checking components. It’s quieter out here than in the middle of Faridabad, which we actually prefer. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, but that’s just living in this part of the world. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to make sure the stuff we produce actually works the way it’s supposed to. Most of the people working here live nearby in the village or the surrounding colonies. It’s a steady pace of work, and we don't have any layers of management to deal with. Just a regular group of people doing a job.
