MTG Constructions Private Limited is a small operation based in NIT, Faridabad. You can find us at H.no. 2H-28, up on the second floor in Block 2. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of exercise every time we have to go down to the street to meet a driver or check on a delivery. It’s a typical residential-style block, so it feels more like a home than a corporate office. We use the main room for our meetings and keep the blueprints spread out on a big wooden table that's seen better days. It’s usually a bit noisy outside with the neighborhood sounds, but we don't mind it. We handle a variety of local construction tasks, mostly staying within the 121001 zip code area. We don't have a fancy lobby or a secretary to answer the phones; if the phone rings, one of us just picks it up between tasks. Sometimes we’re short-staffed when a couple of guys are out at a site, so the office stays empty for a few hours. It’s a practical way to run things without having too much overhead.
