We are M/S M Tech Developers Ltd. and our office is at 1597 in Sector 15. Faridabad is where we’ve set up shop. It’s a busy area but we’ve managed to find a good spot here to work from. We work on development projects. It involves a lot of planning and looking at drawings and site plans. The office isn't very large, but it has everything we need to get through the work week. We aren't into the whole corporate polish thing. We prefer to just talk plainly and get the work finished. Sector 15 is a decent place to be. We see a lot of the same faces every day. Being developers means we have to keep track of a lot of moving parts. Sometimes things get a bit messy with all the blueprints and files lying around, but we know where everything is. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or marketing. Most people find us through the address or by word of mouth from others in Faridabad. It’s just how we operate. Faridabad has been good to us over the years. We stay busy with the technical side of things and the construction details. It’s a lot of long hours sometimes, but that is just the nature of the development business. We don't have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just come to 1597 every morning and start the day’s tasks. It is straightforward work for everyone here at M/S M Tech Developers Ltd.
