We have been here in Faridabad for a while now. Haryana is a busy place for engineering stuff, and our unit is right in the middle of it. D.B. Engineering is basically a group of people who know their way around metal and drawings. It gets pretty loud in the workshop sometimes, but that is just how things go when you are making parts. We started out small and stayed here because 121011 is home. Some days it is just about getting the orders out on time. Other days we are fixing a machine that decided to quit on us. It isn't always pretty or organized, honestly. There is grease on the floor and papers piled up on the desk. People come in and out, asking for this or that. We mostly just focus on the job at hand without thinking too much about the big picture. It’s hard work, and the heat in the summer makes it even tougher. We’ve got a couple of guys who have been with us since the start. They know the machines better than anyone. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the back. That is just how we run things. It is about keeping the wheels turning. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we fix them and keep moving. Faridabad is a tough city, and you have to be tough to stay in business here. We just do our bit.
