Moulding Tool Design

We operate out of House Number 576 in Sector-55, Faridabad. It’s a residential area, so it’s pretty calm compared to the main industrial zones. We’ve set up our tool design work right here. Most of the day is spent looking at drawings and working out how to make different moulds. It’s technical work, but we talk about it in plain English. We have a few computers and some drafting tables set up in the main room. The neighborhood is mostly families, so we try to keep things quiet. We’ve been in Faridabad for quite some time now. You learn a lot about how things are made when you're designing tools for factories. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit. We’re usually in casual clothes, focusing on the measurements and the specs. Sometimes neighbors pop by just to say hello. The lighting in the house is good for the detailed work we do. We don't have a big sign outside, just the house number. Most people who need our help already know where to find us. We take things one project at a time. It can be slow going when a design is complicated, but we don't rush it. We just stay at our desks until the job is done right. It’s a simple way of working, without any of the corporate stress you find in big offices. We keep our coffee pot full and our pencils sharp.
