We are located near the Ankhir Petrol Pump in Faridabad, at Shop No. 4, F.14. Being so close to the petrol pump means there’s a constant smell of fuel and the sound of trucks pulling in and out all day long. Mohanshyam & Sons Constructions Private Limited is a family-run kind of thing, passed down and kept going by the people who live and breathe this work. We don't have a slick office with glass walls; it’s more about the ledgers, the dusty boots, and the smell of concrete. Faridabad is a tough place to work sometimes because it’s so crowded and fast-moving. We spend our hours coordinating with suppliers and making sure the guys on the site have what they need to keep moving. It’s a lot of juggling. There are no fancy mission statements on our walls. We just try to make sure the pillars are strong and the roofs don't leak. Sometimes we stay late because a delivery was delayed or the weather didn't cooperate. That’s just the nature of the business. We know the local shopkeepers and the other tradesmen around Ankhir. It’s a community. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished brochures. We just show up every morning, get the machines started, and do the work that needs to be done until the sun goes down and it is time to head home to our families.
