Modi Exim Pvt. Ltd. operates out of No. 102 in the New Dlf Industrial Area. Being in an industrial zone means there are always trucks moving and a lot of activity around us. We have been at this address for a bit now. It is a practical space, not meant for showing off. We deal with import and export stuff, so there is always paperwork to sort through and phone calls to make to different places. The office isn't anything you would see in a magazine. It has gray walls and some sturdy desks that have been around a long time. We like the location because it is easy for transport and logistics. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the construction and traffic nearby, but we do not mind much. It is just how things are in this part of town. We stay busy from Monday to Saturday. It is a small team here, and we all know what we need to do. We do not use big words or try to act like we are more than we are. We just handle the shipping and the orders as they come across our desks. There is a tea stall nearby where we usually go for breaks. It is a straightforward business in a straightforward area. No fluff, just work. We are glad to be part of the industrial community here and we just take things one day at a time.
