We are Gupta Exim (India) Pvt. Ltd., and we operate out of Faridabad. Our place is at House Number 21, Block Number 5, on the second floor. It’s in Spring Field Colony, which is part of Sector 31-32. The area is mostly houses, so it’s a bit quieter than the industrial parts of town. We’ve been here for several years now. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a breeze, but moving heavy boxes up and down the stairs is definitely the hardest part of our day. We deal with import and export stuff. There’s always samples of different materials lying around on the desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to people at the ports or checking on shipping schedules. It can be a bit chaotic when a lot of orders come in at once. We aren't a big, polished company. It’s just a few rooms filled with computers, files, and stock. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to sit and talk until it comes back. The neighborhood is nice, and the 121003 pin code is easy for the delivery drivers to find. We just focus on getting the shipments out on time and making sure everything is labeled correctly. It’s a lot of detail work. We’re just a regular small business trying to do things right from our little office in the colony. It works for us and keeps us busy.
