Mirraj Buildtech LLP is based right here in Sector-9, Ballabgarh. Our office is on the ground floor of building 1914, which makes it easy for people to find us without having to climb any stairs. We deal with building tech and construction projects around the Faridabad area. It is a pretty small team, so you usually end up talking to the same person every time you call. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and making sure materials arrive when they are supposed to. Sometimes the trucks are late, or the rain slows things down, and that is just part of the job. We don’t really do the big corporate pitch thing. Mostly, we just sit down with people and figure out what they need for their house or project. The office is functional, with a few desks and a lot of folders stacked up in corners. We’ve been in Haryana for some time and we know how things work around here. It’s not always easy keeping everything moving, but we manage. If you need to find us, just head to Sector-9. We are usually there by nine in the morning unless someone is out checking on a foundation or meeting a supplier. It’s a practical way to work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep the projects moving along at a steady pace. We talk plain and we work hard on every site we manage.
