Our spot is at Plot Number 29 in Bhoor Colony, right in Sector 29 of Faridabad. We are positioned just opposite the main sector area. It is a bit of a residential and commercial mix around here, which keeps things interesting. We started Metrofoodplaza.com because we wanted to do something local. Even though the name sounds like a big website, we are very much a boots-on-the-ground operation. Most of our day is spent handling orders and making sure the kitchen is stocked with what we need. Faridabad is a tough, hardworking city, and the people here expect things to be done right. We do not have a fancy dining room with chandeliers or anything like that. It is more about getting the food out to the people who want it. We deal with the usual stuff like traffic delays and the summer heat, but we keep at it. The staff is small, just a few of us making sure things do not fall apart. We have been in Bhoor Colony for a while and the neighbors know who we are. We are not trying to be a national chain or anything like that. We just want to provide a service that works for the neighborhood. Some days are smoother than others. When the phones start ringing for dinner, it gets pretty loud and fast-paced. We just take it one order at a time and try to keep everyone happy without any big promises.
