Metris Engineering Consultants Private is run out of a bungalow in Faridabad. We are at 655 on the first floor in Sector 21C. It’s a decent spot, away from the main road noise. As engineering consultants, we spend a lot of time looking at drawings and calculating things. It’s not exactly thrilling work for everyone, but we’ve been doing it a long time. The office has a few computers and a lot of old files from previous jobs. We mostly work with local clients who need help with technical stuff or getting their plans checked. Sometimes we have to go out to the sites in the heat to make sure the measurements are right. We aren't a massive firm with a lobby and a receptionist. Usually, if you come by, you’ll just find one of us at a desk or on the phone. We try to keep things simple and direct. Sector 21C is a good location for us because it’s easy to get to other parts of Faridabad from here. We’ve seen the city change a lot over the years. Our work is mostly behind the scenes, making sure the technical side of things is handled properly. We don't have any big slogans. We just look at the numbers and the designs and tell people what will work and what won't. It’s a practical way to make a living and it keeps us occupied every day.
