You can find us at Crown Plaza on the Main Mathura Road. Since we’re in a plaza, we get a whole mix of people—shoppers, travelers, and folks who just work nearby. The place is usually full of the sound of people talking and the constant beeping from the fryers. We spend a lot of time cleaning up trays and wiping down the counters because things get messy fast when it's busy. It’s a big space, but it feels small when the lunch rush hits. We have a routine for everything, from how we stock the napkins to how we mop the floors at night. It’s not the kind of work that changes much from day to day, but we try to keep a good attitude about it. Sometimes the ice cream machine acts up, or we run low on ketchup packets, and we just have to handle it as it comes. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy talk. We’re just here on Mathura Road, making burgers and serving fries to anyone who stops in. Most of us live nearby, so we see people we know all the time. It's just a regular part of the day for us. We keep the lights on and the food ready, and that’s about all there is to it. It's a busy, noisy, and honest way to spend a shift while the cars go by.
