We are located right on New Mathura Road in Faridabad, specifically in the Sector 15 and 15 A area. It’s a busy spot because of the road, so we get a lot of people just stopping by while they’re driving through. The kitchen is always buzzing with the sound of timers and the sizzle of the grill. We start our shifts pretty early to get everything ready for the breakfast crowd. It’s a lot of repetitive work—flipping burgers, bagging fries, and making sure the soda machine is filled. We’ve got a mix of younger kids working their first job and older staff who have been here for years. The floor gets slippery if we aren’t careful, and the bins fill up fast during the lunch rush. We don’t really have any grand ideas about what we’re doing; we just want to make sure the food comes out the way it’s supposed to and the customers don’t have to wait too long in line. It gets a bit loud when the families come in with kids, but we’re used to the noise. We just stay behind the counter and keep things moving. It’s a practical kind of place. People know what they want when they walk in, and we just provide it. New Mathura Road is never quiet, and neither are we. We just keep the lights on and keep the fries dropping in the oil.
