Mansis Pizza

Mansis Pizza is over in Faridabad N I T, at IC 55. We aren't one of those big international pizza chains you see on TV. We are just a small local spot. The oven is the heart of the place. It’s always running, so the shop stays pretty warm even when the fans are on. We don't have a huge menu with dozens of items. We just stick to the pizzas we know how to make well. The dough is made fresh, and sometimes we run out if we get an unexpected rush of kids from the nearby houses. We don't have fancy leather booths. We just have some simple plastic chairs and tables. They aren't much to look at, but they do the job. We do most of the work ourselves, from taking orders to cleaning up the flour on the floor. It’s messy work. Your hands are always covered in something, whether it’s sauce or cheese. We don't have a fancy delivery fleet, just a couple of guys on scooters. Sometimes the boxes get a bit squished, but the food inside is still good. We’ve been in NIT for a while and the people around here are friendly. They don't mind that we are a bit basic. They just want a hot pizza without any fuss. We are happy just being a part of the neighborhood. We aren't looking to change anything soon because we like how things are going.
