Mahendra Properties

Mahendra Properties has been around for a while now at Shop No B468 in Green Fields Colony. We are basically right by Mathura Road, just a short distance from the NHPC Chowk. It’s a busy spot, and we spend most of our mornings here dealing with whatever comes through the door. People usually drop in when they’re looking for a place or trying to figure out what to do with their land. The traffic near the chowk can get pretty bad in the evenings, but it makes us easy to find if you know the area. We aren't a big office with lots of fancy chairs. It’s just a practical space where we keep our papers and talk to neighbors. Mostly, we deal with the local houses and plots around this part of Faridabad. Some days are slow, and we just drink tea and look at the listings. Other times, it gets a bit hectic with people wanting to see sites. We know the streets around here well because we've lived and worked in this patch for years. If you’re passing by Mathura Road and need to ask about a shop or a house in Green Fields, we are usually around. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how things work in this colony. It’s a straightforward business. We try to keep things simple for everyone. Sometimes we are out on the road, but the shop is our main base.
