You can find us on Choma Road, right in the Palam Vihar area. Maha Rudra Real Estates has been operating out of this small spot for quite some time now. It’s a busy road, especially in the mornings with everyone heading off to work. Our office is pretty basic. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors, and that’s about it. We don't go in for fancy decorations or expensive furniture. Most of the day, we’re out and about looking at plots or meeting people who want to lease their shops. We know this stretch of Choma Road really well. We’ve seen the new buildings go up and the old ones get fixed up. It’s a lot to keep track of, but we enjoy the work. People around here know they can just walk in and ask what’s available without making an appointment. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us talking to people and making sure everyone is on the same page. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we just sit outside and talk to the neighbors until it comes back on. That’s just part of life here. We aren't trying to be the biggest real estate guys in the whole city. We just want to do a decent job for the people around Palam Vihar. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening.
