Our shop is number 105 in the Vashist Complex, right on the main Mehrauli Gurgaon Road. We are in the Sikanderpur area, very close to the DLF City Phase I and just a short walk from the Sikanderpur Metro Station. Being near the metro is great because people can just hop off the train and come see us without needing a car. My name is Kumar, and I run M K Homes. We mostly focus on this part of Gurgaon because it’s where everything is happening. The office is small and usually filled with the sound of traffic from the MG Road outside. We spend our time showing people apartments and houses around DLF Phase I. It’s a lot of walking in the sun and waiting for guards to open up gates. People come to us because they’re moving for work or they want to be near the metro line. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just have our small shop and our local knowledge. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit in the dark for a bit, but we keep talking. We know which buildings have good water supply and which ones have parking issues. It’s that kind of local info that people really need. We just try to be helpful and honest about what we have on our list. It’s a busy life here in Gurgaon, and we’re just right in the middle of it.
