M B Residency & Farm House

M B Residency & Farm House is located at 130/7 in the DLF Industrial Area Phase I. It’s a bit of a weird spot for a business that deals with farm houses, because it’s surrounded by factories and warehouses. But we like it here. The office is small and simple. We have a couple of desks and a big table where we spread out the site maps. Most of the time, the air is full of the sounds of the industrial area. We spend our days talking to people about getting a bit of space away from the city. It’s funny to talk about quiet farm houses while a truck is idling outside the window. We do a lot of driving to go see the actual properties. The office is more of a home base for us to handle the legal side and the payments. We don't have a fancy lobby or a secretary. We just answer the phones ourselves. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait a bit for the generator to kick in. We have some old posters on the wall showing different types of buildings. We just take things one day at a time. It’s not a glamorous job, but we know the land around here better than most. We just keep doing our work and helping people find a place that works for them. There is usually some tea on the stove if anyone stops by.
